Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following are terms and conditions applicable to all AroundFoCo.com Gift Cards. Your purchase or use of a AroundFoCo.com Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Gift Cards; Balance; Redemption.

AroundFoCo.com offers e-Gift Cards. Your Gift Card balance (“Balance”) displays the total remaining balance of your Gift Card . To view your Balance, visit this page. Purchases are deducted from your AroundFoCo.com Gift Card. Any unused AroundFoCo.com Balance will remain associated with your AroundFoCo.com Gift Card. If a purchase exceeds your AroundFoCo.com Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another permitted payment method. Eligible products are subject to change in our sole discretion. If you need assistance obtaining your Balance, please contact us.

2. Limitations.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed on AroundFoCo.com. Your Balance can be used toward the purchase of eligible products on AroundFoCo.com. Your Balance cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of AroundFoCo.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from AroundFoCo.com; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned or exchanged for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by AroundFoCo.com. No portion of your AroundFoCo.com Balance may be transferred to another AroundFoCo.com Gift Card. Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.

3. Risk of Loss.

AroundFoCo Gift Cards LLC and its affiliates are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Risk of loss and title for e-Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the e-Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or for physical Gift Cards, upon our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Gift Cards must be obtained from AroundFoCo.com or an authorized third party, and you are responsible for safeguarding your Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use. AroundFoCo is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

4. Use of Gift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

By using a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to AroundFoCo.com, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards (including as a component of your AroundFoCo.com Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an AroundFoCo.com account (or your AroundFoCo.com Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Gift Card Expiration & Service Fees.

Your AroundFoCo.com Gift Card or Balance does not expire, and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.
