Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your new Around FoCo purchase(s). So, if you’re not happy, please return your item(s) for an exchange or refund**.

Please note:

1. We accept returns and exchanges* up to 14 days after your purchase with a Return Authorization Number.  After 14 days we do not issue a Return Authorization Number, nor do we accept returns or exchanges.
   *No Returns, Refunds OR Exchanges on Sale items
2. All returns must be postmarked/received within 7 days of your Return Authorization Number being issued. We do not accept returns, or exchanges after the 7 day period.
3. All good being returned MUST BE in the same excellent condition it was shipped. Clothing must not have been worn and must have original tags attached.
4. No returns or refunds on Last Call items.

**Unfortunately, due to hygiene we CANNOT accept returns on hats.

How do I return my item?

First Contact Us for a Return Authorization Number.

Next Download the Returns and Exchanges Form and fill it out completely. (Incomplete forms will result in returns/exchanges not being processed.)

Send your return shipment back to the address that will be provided in the Return Authorization Number email.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Once received, the return process will be complete within 7 days and you will be refunded via the method of payment.

How do you process exchanges?
If you are exchanging your item for something of equal value, then we will do a simple item for item exchange and ship it directly back to you. If the items you are requesting are more than the original value of your order, please fill in the credit card section on the form and we will charge you upon shipping your new items.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive your shipment and it is somehow damaged, please notify us immediately. We are happy to refund or exchange return shipping costs on damaged items and replace the item right away if returned within 7 days of purchase.
